Arko Dance Studio offers a wide variety of Ballroom, Latin and Contemporary dance lessons for adults, whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been dancing your whole life, with or without a partner. As part of the Dedham community, we love having the opportunity to offer our neighbors many special activities in the studio. From dance lessons, showcases, practice parties and competitions to Zumba we can’t wait to see you at Arko Dance Studio!
Services
At Arko Dance Studio we teach 4 types of lessons:
Private, Group, Wedding and Practice Party

Private Lessons
Private lessons are 45-minute lessons scheduled between the hours of 1:30pm and 10:00pm Monday through Friday and 11:15am to 5:15pm on Saturdays. With Private Lessons you receive one-on-one instruction to develop your dancing in a way that fits your skills and ability level. The instructors at Arko Dance Studio teach based on the needs of each individual or couple and help you grow your skills at your own pace. Private Lessons build your skills and confidence and help your dancing progress beyond basic steps with lessons on styling, technique, and character.
Group Lessons
Group Classes are pre-scheduled 45-minute classes and are available to view on our calendar. Group Classes will usually have 5-10 students and 1 instructor. Each Group Class will focus on one dance with the goal of introducing and practicing various dance styles. You’ll have the chance to learn new steps, discover techniques, and practice your timing and rhythm during Group Classes. Whether you’re a leader or a follower, Group Classes give you an opportunity to further your understanding of each dance and practice steps on your own under our instructors’ supervision.
Practice Parties
Come try out your dance steps in a fun and friendly environment! Private Lessons and Group Classes teach you the dance skills and Practice Parties give you the chance to take them out for a spin on the dance floor with your partner and other students. Practice Parties are the perfect opportunity to try out your dance moves with new partners, learn how to navigate around other people on the dance floor, and meet new friends. With Practice Parties you’ll see how dance is not only a fun new skill, but an enjoyable way to find community and friendships that will last a lifetime.
Wedding Dances
We know how important your wedding day is, and we're here to help you make it even better! We'll work together to create a personalized first dance that fits you and your partner. Whether it’s a classical or contemporary dance, you’ll be sure to entertain and thrill your family and friends with your exciting new dance skills. Come to Arko Dance Studio for your Wedding Dance and we’ll help you make magical memories that you and your guests will talk about for years to come.
Zumba
Hello! I'm Arko Beybutyan and I am the owner and founder of Arko Dance Studio. I've been a ZIN™ Member since May 2019 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr.. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast!
